De Vacature
Deze rol biedt de mogelijkheid om PLM-S Sales en Project Management aan te sturen. Het biedt veel mogelijkheden om te groeien en deel uit te maken van strategische beslissingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop, bereikt door de acquisitie van nieuwe klanten en het behoud en de ontwikkeling van bestaande accounts. Na de on-boarding en coaching geef je project - en commerciële ondersteuning aan zowel interne als externe consultants en partners.

Goeie sociale vaardigheden, sterke vastberadenheid en gedrevenheid om zakelijke opportunities tot sluiting te krijgen, evenals een hoog activiteitenniveau, zijn allemaal van groot belang. Skills:
- Uitzonderlijk gemotiveerd en gedreven om te slagen
- Interesse in Enterprise Digitalisation, innovatie en PLM zijn een must
- Kennis van de engineering - en de maakindustrie is een plus
- Sterke verkoopvaardigheden met bewezen bekwaamheid in het winnen van nieuwe opportuniteiten.
- Sterke pipeline building & networking skills
- Bewezen vermogen om te communiceren met de klant op alle niveaus
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans zou een pluspunt zijn

De Verantwoordelijkheden
De belangrijkste taken zijn onder meer:
- Opzetten en onderhouden van zakelijke relaties met huidige en nieuwe klanten om business te genereren met de oplossingen in het portfolio PLM-S.
- Creëren en beheren van account/customer value plans voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten die de value opportunities in kaart brengen
- Aansturen en opvolgen van de manager marketing
- Specifieke targets handhaven om de omzetgroei in alle bedrijfsoplossingen te verzekeren
- Het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van onze bestaande accounts met het oog op vervolgverkoop.
- Maandelijks rapporteren van resultaten van klantcontact en verkoopactiviteiten.

Digitalisation Project & Sales Manager
The Position
This role offers the opportunity to drive PLM-S Sales and Project Management. It offers a lot of opportunities to grow and to be part of strategic decisions as well as accountability for sales, achieved through the acquisition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts. Providing both technical and commercial support with assistance from internal & external business partners.
The Person
We are looking for someone who has the ambition and drive to develop further.
The right attitude and approach to sales is crucial. Great social skills, strong determination and drive to get business opportunities to closure as well as high activity level, are all of great importance. Being in sales requires flexibility and professional security. We want you represent Siemens Industry Software; PLM-S and our values in a professional manner in all situations.
Skills:
- Exceptionally motivated and driven to succeed
- Interest in enterprise digitalisation, innovation and PLM are a must
- Knowledge of the engineering/manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong sales skills with proven ability in new business wins
- Strong pipeline building and networking skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of french would be plus
- Energy and enthusiasm for establishing rapport with key decision makers
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form relationships that enable progression of sales opportunities.
- Ability to manage your time
- A full driving licence
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organizations solutions portfolio.
- Creates and manages account maps/customer value plans for new and existing customers highlighting value opportunities.
- Advise and follow-up on the PLM-S marketing activities.
- Maintain specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s solutions.
- Maintaining & developing our existing accounts with a view to increasing repeat business.
- Report monthly results assessments for accountable sales activities.

Sales & Business Development Manager International
The Position
Collaborating with the PLM-S Director, this role offers the opportunity to work together on PLM-S Business Development in general throughout every important aspect of the organisation (sales, marketing, operational). As PLM-S is a young growing company (but already highly recognised because of the well-established brother and sister companies), this role offers a lot of opportunities to grow and to be part of strategic decisions as well as accountability for our sales, achieved through the acquisition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts, providing both technical and commercial support with assistance from internal & external business partners.The Person
The ideal candidate has a no-nonsense and hands-on attitude, will possess >5 years experience in sales with a proven track record in the promotion and sales of turnkey solutions to manufacturing end-users and supply chain.
A knowledge of Manufacturing, IT/Automation, and Quality solutions would be beneficial in this position.
Must be results-orientated and able to work independently.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (French would be a pro).
The successful applicant will prove themselves to be an exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, credibility and passion as well as excellent relationship building skills.
A willingness to travel and possession of current driving licence is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven track record to interact and work with multiple levels, including C-level, within his customers organisation.
Responsibilities Include

- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s solutions.
- Provides quarterly results assessments for accountable sales activities.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisations solutions portfolio.
- Coordinates sales, marketing and operational effort(s) with our brother and sister company.
- Analyse target market potential and the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the business.
- Creates and manages account maps/customer value plans for new and existing customers highlighting value opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of projects and opportunities, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Maintaining & developing our existing accounts with a view to increasing repeat business.
- Maintaining the company’s CRM database on an ongoing basis as the backbone for good organisation, planning, and communication.
- Assisting with bid creation and management in line with customers’ expectations.
